Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Optizzo runs in the browser, on a computer or tablet. The customer app is on the App Store.
Does it work with the ERP I already use?
Today, stock syncs with WINTOUCH Cloud. If you use another ERP, tell us which one: the next connections are chosen with our founders.
Can I bring my data from the program I use today?
It depends on where it comes from. In the demo we look at the data you have and how to move it into Optizzo.
Does it work for a single-shop optician?
Yes. The base includes one shop. If you open more, add them when you need them.
Do prices include VAT?
No. VAT is added at the legal rate.
